At BSCS, we are working toward a world where everyone is inspired and prepared to use science to build a better future. To get there, all young people need opportunities to experience science learning that engages their curiosities and builds a foundational understanding of how our interconnected world works. That’s where we come in.    

BSCS is a nonprofit on a mission to transform science teaching and learning. We pursue our mission by translating research into powerful programs for science students, teachers, and leaders across the country. Today, BSCS is dedicated to developing our most engaging and effective programs yet—so we can make an impact where it’s needed most.

The Finance and Operations Team at BSCS Science Learning oversees financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure fiscal sustainability and transparency of our nonprofit organization. The team also manages human resources, facilities, and operational logistics, supporting the overall mission by ensuring our programs and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
