Richard Applegate has over three decades of experience in service management, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at BSG since 2001. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Service Manager at ADS from 1996 to 2001 and was Service Operations Manager at MDIS between 1997 and 1999. Richard's career began at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), where Richard worked as Site Service Manager from May 1983 to May 1996.
