Hen Kostkin has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at BSH Home Appliances Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kostkin led the service department at Yad2, overseeing 60 employees and enhancing customer experience for small and medium-sized businesses as well as private customers from December 2015 to January 2023. In earlier roles at Phoenix Holdings from 2010 to 2015, Kostkin progressed from Head of Service Team to Head of Service and Production, managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and addressing customer inquiries. Kostkin's career also includes supervisory and managerial positions in customer service at Pelephone. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University of Israel.
