Meg Lanza

Meg Lanza serves as the Head of Technology for BSH Home Appliances Group since August 2021, managing central US operations processes and systems while ensuring compliance with various governance regulations. With over two decades of experience at Bosch USA, Lanza held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Technical Functions, where responsibilities encompassed process engineering and industry 4.0 data analytics. Lanza's earlier positions at Bosch also involved directing lean manufacturing initiatives and engineering operations for specific product lines. Prior experience includes roles at Honda of America Manufacturing as a corporate ergonomist. Lanza holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina, a Master's in Industrial and Human Factors Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
