BSH's manufacturing efforts in India began in 2014 as a key part of the company's "Make in India for India" strategy. Initially, known for manufacturing washing machines, but have since expanded to produce frost-free refrigerators and cooktops. The manufacturing unit has been recognised by the Indian Green Building Council with a Platinum rating.

Complementing this, the company maintains an extensive retail presence encompassing 109 brand shops across India, with 91 dedicated to Bosch and 18 tailored for Siemens products.

BSH's robust customer service system comprises two customer contact centres, along with 16 Branch Service Offices strategically positioned throughout the country. Additionally, over 350 authorised service partners and a skilled force of 1500+ trained service technicians are spread across India, all working diligently to provide exceptional support to valued customers.
