Annie Cooksley

Annie Cooksley is a skilled Digital Content Designer at BSI since December 2022, bringing extensive experience from Hastings Direct, where roles included Learning and Development Designer, Technical Operations Coach, and Graduate Advisor from September 2012 to March 2023. In the Learning Design team, Annie contributed significantly to the development of e-learning and instructor-led training tailored to business needs. As a Technical Operations Coach, responsibilities involved monitoring claims quality standards, identifying coaching requirements, and conducting audits to enhance departmental performance. Annie's career began in the Graduate Scheme, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the claims process while collaborating with departmental leadership on project initiatives. Academically, Annie holds a BSc (Hons) in Digital Media Development from the University of Brighton.
