Bruce Mills

Bruce Mills has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bruce started their career at ICI South Africa as a Product Manager, then joined CHC Group where they held various roles in sales, technical sales, and quality assurance. Following the acquisition of CHC Group by Crest Chemicals, Bruce became the Group Quality Assurance Manager until 2009. Bruce then joined Kaizen SHEQ as CEO in 2013. In 2015, they took on the role of Lead Tutor at BSI, and in 2016, they became a Shareholder at Supply Chain Compliance Services (Pty) Ltd.

Bruce Mills obtained a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 1979-1981. In 2013, they also received a QMS Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001:2008 from BSCIC. Bruce Mills holds a certification as an IRCA Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems from The Chartered Quality Institute, obtained in October 2014.
