Kelly Ayer

Kelly Ayer is a Senior Manager at Oliver Wyman, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles at Unum, where titles included Assistant Vice President of Solutions Finance and Director of Associate Actuary for both Group Finance and Individual Disability Modeling Lead. Prior experience includes serving as a Benefit Calculation Specialist at Actuarial Designs and Solutions and as an Operations Research Analyst in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of Captain. Kelly Ayer holds a Master’s Degree in Operations Research and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Sciences, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
