Heather Gregson

Heather Gregson, PhD, currently serves as a Technical Specialist and Scheme Manager for In Vitro Diagnostics at BSI since October 2023. Prior experience includes nearly two decades at Diasorin - Molecular, where roles included Technical Operations Manager, leading a high-performing team to achieve significant process improvements, and R&D Manager for Assay Development, overseeing the development of molecular diagnostic tests and collaborating with international teams. Earlier experience at the University of California-Irvine involved post-doctoral research focused on protein functions in mitosis and graduate research on human protein complexes essential for chromosome segregation. Heather Gregson holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC Irvine and a BA in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
