Joan Jones

Joan Jones is an experienced professional currently serving as the CSC Team Leader for Medical Devices at BSI since September 2023. Previously, Joan held multiple roles at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation from March 2020 to October 2023, including Closing Disclosure Specialist and Condo Specialist, specializing in the review of condo/PUD HOA documentation. Prior to this, Joan accumulated extensive experience at BSI over a decade, notably as the Client Services Coordinator for Healthcare - Vascular and Training Coordinator, where responsibilities included client support and training coordination. Earlier career experiences include a role as Training Coordinator for InfoVista and Certification Advisor at JDA Software, focusing on customer training and certification pathways. Joan is a graduate of Katharine Gibbs Secretarial School, holding a one-year secretarial degree.
