Joanna John

Joanna John has extensive experience in various educational and corporate roles, currently serving as an APAC Planner and CSC at BSI since April 2021 and also as an English Teacher at Cambridge English For Life Sdn Bhd since March 2018. Previous experience includes positions as a Document Controller at S W Rubber (M) Sdn. Bhd., a Quality Assurance Executive at EDMI Limited, and a Wealth Planner at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad. Joanna has also held educational leadership roles, including Vice Principal at Language Success Academy and Academic Team Leader at Cambridge English For Life, where mentoring and improving teaching effectiveness were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Wawasan Open University and a Diploma in TESOL from the London Teacher Training College, along with certifications in ISO standards.
