Katie Ridout

Katie Ridout is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT project and systems management. Currently serving as the Digital Systems Training Lead at BSI since August 2017, Katie specializes in training for all IT systems within Regulatory Service, alongside previous roles as Applications Platform Manager and IT Project Manager for medical device certification. Prior experience includes a project management position at Novacroft, managing smartcard programs, and leadership roles at BGL Group and TalkTalk, where Katie oversaw product systems changes and managed various development projects. With a foundational start at BT as a Perl and Java developer, followed by testing leadership, Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology from the University of Chester.
