Kinga Demetriou

Kinga Demetriou has over 13 years of experience in product certification and quality assurance, currently serving as Team Training Lead for Product Certification at BSI since March 2010. In this role, Kinga develops and maintains a Professional Development Strategy, conducts training needs analyses, and supports onboarding and continuous professional development processes. Previous positions at BSI include Technical Improvement Manager and PPE Team Leader, where Kinga managed certification schemes, conducted factory audits, and represented BSI with external bodies. Kinga began a career as a QA Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific and held the role of Medical Technical Officer at Polyco. Kinga started in the field as a Compound Technician at GSK. Kinga holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Lodz University of Technology.
