Louise Crouch

Louise Crouch has a diverse work experience in human resources. Louise is currently the Global Head of People Relations & Knowledge, HR Policy & Employee Relations Specialist, and People Relations & Knowledge Lead at BSI since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Santander UK as a Senior HR Policy Consultant from November 2019 to January 2022. From May 2017 to November 2019, they were an HR Portfolio & Knowledge Specialist at DHL Supply Chain. Before that, they served at DHL as a Reward Services & Policy Development Specialist and a Reward Services Coordinator from September 2013 to November 2019, and from October 2006 to August 2013, respectively.

Louise Crouch completed their A-Levels at Ousedale.
