Paul Boulos

Paul Boulos currently serves as Scheme Manager & Technical Specialist at BSI since September 2024. Prior to this role, Paul was a Senior Research and Development Engineer at OxSonics Limited from December 2018 to September 2024, focusing on the development of an innovative active ultrasound medical device for oncology applications. Paul's previous experience includes a PhD project at Centre de Recherche en Acquisition et Traitement de l'Image pour la Santé, where research centered on a passive ultrasound imaging system for monitoring cavitation activity. Other roles include a Research Assistant internship at the University of Calgary and a Biomedical Engineer internship at CHU Morvan in Brest. Paul Boulos holds a PhD in ultrasound imaging from Université de Lyon and a Master’s Degree in biomedical engineering from Grenoble INP - UGA, supplemented by preparatory classes and a French Baccalauréat.
