Puja Power is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at BSI since February 2019, Puja supports the development and implementation of a comprehensive Global Resourcing & Talent Acquisition strategy while fostering stakeholder engagement and leading a high-performing recruitment team. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at BSI, Independent Business Owner/Executive Recruiter at Thomas Charles, Recruitment Consultant at Creative Associates International, Recruitment Director at G4S, and Director of the London Commerce Division at Robert Walters, where key achievements include building recruitment teams, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Puja holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Combined Degree, English and Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
