Justin Krulicki

Justin Krulicki is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Miovision since October 2024. Prior to this role, Justin worked at MasterClass from September 2021 to October 2024 as a People Business Partner and Recruiter, as well as Recruitment Manager, contributing significantly to the expansion of the team in Canada. Earlier experience includes a Senior Recruiter position at Magnet Forensics, focusing on non-technical roles and developing talent acquisition strategies for growth, and serving as the first Talent Acquisition Partner at Intellijoint Surgical Inc., where Justin built a recruitment strategy to support scalable hiring. Justin holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wilfrid Laurier University.
