Rachel Burd

Rachel Burd is an accomplished Change Communications Manager at BSI, with a career spanning various leadership and consultancy roles in people and change initiatives. Prior to joining BSI in September 2023, Rachel served as a Senior Consultant at Moorhouse and held positions at PwC UK as a Senior Associate and Associate in Workforce, Strategy & Culture. Rachel's earlier experience includes teaching positions at Kingsford Community School and The Sydney Russell School. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Leadership from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, as well as a PGCE from the same institution, alongside a degree from the University of Cambridge.
