Suzanne Pestereff

Suzanne Pestereff is the Group Reward and Performance Director at BSI, where responsibility includes developing and delivering the Group Remuneration Strategy and Policy while acting as a strategic advisor to the Chief People Officer and Board. With over two decades of experience in reward management, Suzanne has previously held senior positions including Global Head of Reward at Rolls-Royce, where leadership encompassed managing regional reward teams and developing policies for 50,000 employees in 50 countries. Additional roles include Head of Reward at Halfords, Head of Compensation at Citi, and Reward Manager at Prudential UK, among others. Suzanne holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and an MA in Psychology & Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh.
