MaryAnne Armstrong is a partner at Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, where since March 1995, extensive expertise has been provided in client counseling on intellectual property matters, patent prosecution and drafting, particularly in chemistry, immunology, and biotechnology, as well as offering clearance opinions on validity and infringement. Prior to this role, MaryAnne served as a post-doctoral fellow at the National Institutes of Health from October 1992 to February 1995. Educational credentials include a JD in intellectual property law from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and a PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular & Cell Biology from Cornell University, along with a BS in Biochemistry from Penn State University.
