Annika Schreckenberg

Annika Schreckenberg is a Senior Business Consultant at msg since February 2023, specializing in New Work, innovative collaboration methods, organizational consulting, and development within the public sector. Additionally, Annika has been providing leadership coaching and mentoring since April 2020, focusing on systemic coaching for executives and guiding transformation processes while promoting New Leadership concepts. Previous experience includes various roles in science management and project management at Universität Hamburg from 2010 to 2019, as well as a project manager position at BLUME2000 SE in 2010. Annika holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaft from the University of Bremen and certifications in Train the Trainer and Systemic Coaching from GIS Akademie, along with a qualification as a trainer from Handelskammer Hamburg.
