Mirko Pilz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mirko started their career at E-Plus Group / KPN Mobile International as a Support Engineer and System Specialist, where they worked from 1998 to 2002. Mirko then joined Telefónica Germany as Manager First Contact & Service (Mobile & Fixed Network) until 2008. Following that, they worked at MEIERHOFER AG as the Head of Customer Care Center from 2008 to 2015. Mirko served as the General Manager and Member of the Board at RABE Fahrradhandel GmbH in 2015. In 2016, they joined Scout24 Group as Manager Application Services - Corporate IT, responsible for managing corporate IT projects and implementing new IT systems. From 2017 onwards, they joined msg, first as Head of Workplace Services and then promoted to VP - IT Services - Corporate IT - msg group, where they managed a team of 50 employees across four operating divisions.

Mirko Pilz attended Deutsche Telekom from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a degree in electronics engineering/technician. Mirko'sfield of study focused on electronics and communications.
