Troy Closson

Troy Closson is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in human resources. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at BSN SPORTS since August 2020, Troy previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at ATW from 2016 to 2020, overseeing comprehensive HR functions and partnering with the CEO on strategic initiatives. Notable prior roles include VP of Human Resources for Dal-Tile at Mohawk Industries, where Troy managed a team focused on talent acquisition and employee engagement, and Vice President roles at Stanley Black & Decker, leading HR integration during the merger and providing strategic HR leadership within the Power Tools & Accessories Division. Troy began a career in human resources with positions at Ingersoll-Rand Company and Burlington Industries, and holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a BS in Management from Guilford College.
