Melissa Salibi

Melissa Salibi is an accomplished human resources leader currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources at Kerzner International since July 2024, responsible for the global HR and training functions. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Management Board at Kempinski Hotels from October 2015 to June 2024, significantly enhancing HR engagement scores and overseeing HR operations across 25 properties in the Middle East and Africa. With extensive experience that spans multiple prestigious organizations, including FRHI Hotels & Resorts and Rotana, Melissa has a proven track record in strategic HR management, employee engagement, talent development, and compliance across diverse geographical regions. Melissa holds a Master's in Organizational and Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool and a BA in Health Sciences and Social Services from the University of South Africa.
