Cibele Yogui, PMP, is an experienced professional in project and service operations management, currently serving as the Service Operations Director for Gold customers and Head of PMO at BSO since March 2025. Prior to this role, Cibele held the position of Head of PMO at InterCloud from December 2021 to June 2025, and accumulated extensive experience at IDEMIA from August 2011 to December 2021 in various roles including Project Director and Delivery Manager. Additional experience includes contributions to PMI São Paulo, a role as Incident Manager at PepsiCo, and Project Manager positions at Gemalto and HP. Cibele's early career involved project management roles at HP Brasil and service coordination at Unilever, alongside a technical internship at Nestlé Brasil. Cibele holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo and a technical degree from ETE Camargo Aranha.
