Rachel Kohn

Rachel Kohn is currently the VP of People Operations at Sendoso, a role commenced in February 2024 following the acquisition of Alyce, where Rachel served as VP of People. Rachel also holds positions as an R/DE Instructor at B/SPOKE Studios and a Core Member at Underscore VC. Previous experience includes serving as Director of People and Head of Recruiting at The Bowdoin Group, with notable achievements in Gold Club and President's Club. Prior roles include Director of Talent and Recruitment at Brooke Charter Schools, where Rachel led full life-cycle recruiting, and positions at Education Pioneers, Tulane University, Teach For America, and FirstLine Schools. Rachel's educational background includes an MBA from Tulane University and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, complemented by a BA in Anthropology and English from Tulane University.
