Andrew Harries

Andrew Harries has been a director since November 2012 and has served as the Chairman of the Board since July 2013. He was a co-founder of Sierra Wireless (NASDAQ: SWIR), a NASDAQ-listed wireless IoT systems vendor, where he served as Sierra’s Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Operations. During his 11 years at Sierra Wireless the company grew from inception through IPO to over $200m in annual revenues. Subsequently Andrew co-founded Zeugma Systems Inc. where he served as the CEO from 2004 until its acquisition by Tellabs Inc. in 2010. He also chaired the board at Contractually, an enterprise SaaS contract management company, until its acquisition by Coupa Software in December 2015.

Andrew is currently the Tom Foord Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business and is an advisor to several private companies. He holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University.
