Tamim Wahid Saimu

Tamim Wahid Saimu has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Tamim started their career as a System Manager at KDS Steel in 1999, where they developed and designed system architecture, implemented MIS, and created IT awareness within the organization. In 2001, they joined KDS Accessories as the Manager IT, where they led the implementation of standardized software processes and performed cost-benefit analysis for software estimation. From 2009 onwards, they worked at BSRM Group of Companies as the Head of IT, where they defined SOP and service levels for IT, approved application software development projects, and led the planning for migration to ERP. Tamim also collaborated with E&Y and PwC for ERP readiness study and organizational restructuring.

Tamim Wahid Saimu has an education background that includes multiple degrees and certifications. Tamim obtained a BSS (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Chittagong in 1995, followed by an MSS degree in Economics from the same university in 1996. In 2007, they completed an MBA degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Science and Technology, Chittagong. Additionally, they pursued further education in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and obtained a degree in ERP from the Hong Kong Metropolitan University in 2007.

Tamim Wahid Saimu has also obtained various certifications, including Agile Scrum Foundation from GSDC - Global Skill Development Council and ITIL Foundation and Prince2 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice. The specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
