Garth Brown

Garth Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Leader of Agile Transformation at Baylor Scott & White Health since October 2020, Garth has also held the position of Principal Software Consultant at Machinica since 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Software Engineer for an independent consultancy from 2010 to 2016, Chief Technology Officer at Bright Auto, Inc. (2004-2009) and Success Products Inc. (2002-2003), and Senior Web Architect at Cadence Design Systems from 2000 to 2002. Garth is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Behavior at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with previous degrees including a Master of Science in Leadership from Trine University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
