Landen Oster, MBA, BSN, RN, is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and healthcare consulting. Currently serving as an Analyst at Sendero since June 2022, Landen focuses on empowering organizations to achieve significant performance improvements. Previous roles include Clinical Advisor at Press Ganey, where Landen contributed to transforming care experiences across numerous healthcare facilities, and Registered Nurse in critical care settings at Cook Children's Health Care System and Texas Health Resources. With a strong foundation in nursing, evidenced by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman's University, Landen is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency within the healthcare sector.
