Kathleen Smart

Kathleen Smart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kathleen started their career as an Operations Manager at Financial Consulting and Trading, Inc., where they managed a portfolio of 300 ATMs nationwide and established relationships with over 100 armored carrier branches and funding banks. Kathleen then worked as an Administrative Specialist III at Kaiser Permanente, where they assisted the Director of Facilities Services in tracking and recording operating budgets for regional locations. Kathleen also supported Facility Managers in processing invoices and tracking expenses. After that, Kathleen served as a Real Estate Broker and Owner at Jade Realty & Associates. In this role, they developed trusted relationships with clients, coordinated appointments, and showed properties. Kathleen then transitioned into the healthcare industry, working as a Student Nurse at Glendale Adventist Medical Center and later as a Registered Nurse at Vitalant. As a Registered Nurse, they performed charge nurse functions, managed staff rotations, and advised staff on donor eligibility criteria. Before entering the healthcare field, Kathleen gained experience as a Lab Assistant at Pasadena City College, where they assisted nursing students and teaching staff with lab experiments.
