Shad Jawaid M.D. Facp Sfhm

Shad Jawaid MD FACP SFHM is an experienced internal medicine hospitalist currently practicing at Baylor Scott & White Health since January 2022. Prior to this role, Shad served as Lead Physician for Hospital Medicine at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare from December 2016 to December 2021. Shad's extensive background includes leadership positions such as Unit Head of Hospital Medicine at JHAH and President of Hospital Medicine Associates, alongside hospitalist roles at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Norton Healthcare. Shad began medical training at the University of Port Harcourt, earning the MBBS degree, and later completed internal medicine residency programs at the University at Buffalo, where Shad also held the position of Chief Medical Resident.
