Zana Patrick Desgranges M.D.

Zana Patrick Desgranges MD PhD is an experienced medical professional currently serving as an Editorial Board Member for Nature Digital Medicine since October 2022 and as an Attending Physician at Providence Health & Services and Swedish Medical Center since July 2010. In addition to roles as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist at Scripps Mercy Hospital, Desgranges has been involved in telemedicine innovation as the inventor of TeleTooth and MITEE, and co-founded a multi-state telemedicine network. Further contributions include serving on the Advisory Board of the Internet of Things Community, focusing on IoT in healthcare, and leading efforts to produce 3D printed face shields during the COVID-19 pandemic.
