Topher St John is a Lead Product Designer at Baylor Scott & White Health, bringing over eight years of experience in creating user-centered design solutions across various industries. They have previously led product design strategies for Southern New Hampshire University, where they redefined staff experiences and received multiple culture awards. Topher has also held roles as a UX/UI Designer at PrimeLending and a UX Architect at Ansira, where they successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams and transformed complex workflows into intuitive designs. They actively seek to foster collaboration and build relationships to ensure seamless integration of design, product, and engineering efforts. Topher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional and Technical Communication from the University of North Texas.
