Helen Chang

Helen Chang has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Helen is currently working as a Design Lead at Klarna, where they have held multiple roles including Competence Lead/Senior Product Designer and Senior Product Designer. Prior to that, Helen worked as a Product Designer at MSX International, where they were responsible for designing an AI-powered warranty management automation system. Helen also worked as a Speaker at The Alan Turing Institute, giving talks on user research and UI design. Helen has experience as a UX/UI Designer at Futurice, where they worked on the BMW Mobile App. Before that, they worked as an Interaction Designer at Tencent, designing user flows and information architecture for millions of users worldwide. Helen also has experience as a UX/UI Designer at Asthma Guardian, designing prototypes and working closely with engineers. Helen started their career as a Design student consultant at Microsoft and later worked as a Student Design Consultant at Dräger, where they led a project on implementing information architecture and visual design. Helen Chang has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Shih Chien University. Helen also participated in an exchange program at Bergische Universität Wuppertal, where they studied Industrial and Product Design. Furthermore, they pursued a Master's degree in Service Design at Politecnico di Milano.
