Trenton Vaughan is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing leadership roles. Trenton began their career in 2004 at Scott & White Healthcare, where they served as a Charge Nurse for four years before transitioning into the role of Nurse Manager. During their time at Scott & White Healthcare, Trenton developed strong case management skills and built relationships with external and internal referral sources.
In 2012, Trenton joined Baylor Scott & White Health, where they continued to advance their career. Trenton initially served as a Nurse Manager before being promoted to Nursing Director in 2014.
