Andrew Thimmig

Andrew Thimmig is a GRC Analyst at bswift since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in information security and risk management. Previously, Andrew served as Information Security Program Manager - GRC at Clearwater Analytics from June 2016 to January 2024, where key achievements included leading the issuance of SOC2 Type 1 certification and implementing a robust risk management program. Prior roles encompassed Technology Risk and Compliance Analyst, where collaboration led to a comprehensive policy management program, and Automation Engineer, focusing on data processing efficiencies. Andrew began the career as a Data Intake Specialist at Bullhorn and also gained early experience at BYU-Idaho Help Desk Call Center. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
