Cynthia Wessel is a seasoned Benefits Manager with extensive experience in strategic planning, vendor management, and Total Rewards communications across various industries. Currently leading benefits initiatives at bswift since April 2023, Cynthia has previously held positions at AutoZone, Conagra Brands, KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation, Joy Global, and several other organizations, where significant contributions were made to wellbeing programs, plan design, compliance, and project management. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia College Chicago, Cynthia has developed strong partnerships with stakeholders and driven improvements in employee experience throughout a diverse career that encompasses pension plan administration and the management of complex benefit structures.
