Rita H.

Rita H. is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Director of Compliance, Legislative, Audit, Regulatory, and Policy (CLARP) at bswift since October 2020, where Rita leads a team focused on operational and product compliance, as well as legislative, audit, and regulatory requirements. Prior to this role, Rita held various positions at Alight Solutions, including Senior Compliance Manager and Compliance and Specialty Services Leader, contributing to the establishment of the compliance department after the company's separation from Aon Hewitt. Rita's extensive background in compliance originated at Aon Hewitt, where responsibilities included evaluating transactional risk, coordinating audits, and managing benefit operations. Rita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from Rockford University, complemented by earlier studies at Southwestern Michigan College.
