Vincent Lai

Vincent Lai is an experienced professional with a diverse background encompassing roles in implementation and data analysis, as well as extensive managerial experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as an Implementation Analyst at bswift since November 2022, Vincent has facilitated the transition of EDI tickets and is responsible for generating ADP discrepancy reports. Previous roles include General Manager at Panera Bread, where oversight of business operations and maintaining profitability during the Covid-19 pandemic were key responsibilities, and various positions in marketing and operations management across different companies. Vincent holds a Master of Computer Applications from Southern New Hampshire University, along with several certifications in web design and software development from various institutions.
