Carolyn Pearson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Carolyn started their career in 2007 with roles such as Production Assistant and Audience Coordinator at Nine Network Australia and FremantleMedia. Carolyn later joined Cleanevent2012, where they managed logistics for the London Olympics, including staff travel and accommodation. In 2013, they were the Procurement Manager at Incognitus, responsible for handling projects such as Tough Mudder and Ferrari Racing Days. Carolyn also had an important role as a Production Coordinator at Avalon Bars and Events, focusing on the Glastonbury Music Festival.

Moving forward, they joined BT in 2014 and held various positions, including Account Manager and Product Manager, progressively advancing to their current position as Director of Product and Market Strategy. Carolyn'swork at BT involved sales enablement, strategy development, and product management. Throughout their career, Carolyn has demonstrated skills in project management, stakeholder management, recruitment, procurement, and budgeting.

Carolyn Pearson has a Bachelor's Degree in Science, with a major in Psychology and a specialization in Physiology from Monash University. Carolyn also holds a Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional. Carolyn completed their secondary education at Doncaster Secondary Collage, where they earned high school diplomas and certificates.
