Lucy Masters

Lucy Masters has a strong background in risk management and audits. Lucy is currently the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at BT. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Audit, Financial Crime Compliance and Conduct and Specialist Businesses Division at Westpac from 2018 to 2022. From 2013 to 2018, Lucy served as the Regional Audit Director - Compliance and Fin Crime at Citi. Before that, they held the position of Regional Audit Director at Barclays from 2004 to 2013. Lucy started their career at Westpac as a Senior Auditor from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they worked as an Internal Auditor at PwC from 1997 to 2000.

Lucy Masters earned a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree from The Australian National University. Prior to that, they attended Ascham School from 1977 to 1990.
