Ciprian Pop

Ciprian Pop is an experienced professional in the field of software engineering and operations management, currently serving as COO at BT Capital Partners since June 2017, after holding the position of Senior Engineer at Endava from May 2015 to June 2017. Ciprian's career at BT Capital Partners began in June 2007 as a Software Engineer, where responsibilities included electronic trading, accounting, reporting tools, and database administration. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Developer at Devix Corporation, focusing on desktop applications and Agile methodology, and a Junior Software Developer position at Alfa Global Solutions, specializing in Oracle scripts and desktop applications in multiple programming languages. Ciprian holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, completed in 2006.
