Mitchell Clark has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology (IT). Mitchell has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Systems Analyst at Oklahoma State University, College of Education in 2002. Mitchell then moved on to become an IT Manager at Oklahoma State University, where they managed computing labs and provided IT support. In 2006, they were promoted to the position of IT Director, leading a team of 20 employees and delivering services to faculty, staff, and students. In 2011, they joined City Credit Union as an IT Director, responsible for overseeing all IT operations, including desktop support, network administration, and server administration. Mitchell was later promoted to the role of Chief Information Officer, where they directed and managed strategic IT plans and policies. In 2015, they took on the position of Chief Administrative Officer, where they were responsible for planning, organizing, and directing various functions within the credit union, including IT, HR, training, and project management. Throughout their career, Mitchell has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering quality customer service.

Mitchell Clark pursued their education at Oklahoma State University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) and Human Resources Management from 1997 to 2001. Mitchell later obtained their Master of Science in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Information Security and Information Assurance from the same university from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their degrees, Mitchell Clark also holds several certifications in the field of information security. Mitchell obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from ISC2 in June 2006. Furthermore, they obtained the ITIL V3 Foundations Qualification from APM Group in March 2011. In 2007, they completed certifications including CNSSI 4014 from The Committee on National Security Systems, CNSSI 4016 from The Committee on National Security Systems, and NSTISSI 4011 from the National Security Telecommunications and Information Systems Security. Mitchell also acquired an Information Assurance certification from Oklahoma State University in May 2008.
