Ailbhe M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ailbhe started their career as a Consultant at Genesis Marketing & Communications Limited, where they conducted market research and developed strategies for clients. Ailbhe then joined Vodafone, initially working as a Project Manager for the Vodafone Ireland Foundation before transitioning to Product/Propositions and Marketing Management and later becoming a Product Manager. In these roles, they focused on developing and managing products to support Vodafone's transition to a Total Communications provider. Ailbhe also worked at Microsoft as a Channel Execution Manager, where they ensured the successful delivery of Microsoft Advertising products and services. Ailbhe'sresponsibilities included optimizing channel performance, monitoring people and processes, and collaborating with the leadership team. Prior to their current position, Ailbhe worked at Dublin Bus as a Project Manager, overseeing the digital transformation of the organization. Currently, they serve as the Head of Unified Communications & Contact Propositions at BT Ireland.

Ailbhe M. has a diverse education history that includes both academic degrees and professional certifications. In 2003, they began their undergraduate studies at Technological University Dublin, where they pursued a degree in Business Studies and Marketing Management. Ailbhe successfully completed their studies and obtained an Honours BA in 2007.
