Technical Support Manager - Access Network Design at BT Ireland

Ken Cormican is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in network engineering and support. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager for Access Network Design at BT Ireland since April 2017, Ken manages various aspects of Access Network Design within the ROI Networks Department. Prior roles at BT Ireland include managing broadband network engineering and routing for voice operations. Ken also has significant experience from earlier positions at ESAT Telecom and Global One, focusing on TDM voice platforms and operational support. Ken holds a Diploma in Software Development from Code Institute and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Technology, as well as a Diploma in Information Technology from Dublin City University.
