Biju Pallickal Thomas

Biju Pallickal Thomas has extensive experience in tax and compliance operations, currently serving as the Head of Tax for Group Transfer Pricing and Tax Operations at BT since October 2017. Prior to this role, Biju held several leadership positions at Serco from April 2010 to September 2017, including Vice President Tax for Europe, the Middle East, and India, and overseeing tax operations for Serco Global Services. Biju also worked as India Manager for Taxation at Convergys India Services from September 2008 to April 2010, and held roles at Bechtel and GENPACT INDIA earlier in the career. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
