Elke Vanden Nest

Elke Vanden Nest has been an HR Business Partner at BT since August 1998, with a focus on various roles and significant projects, including the integration of INS into BT and the outsourcing of Network Control Centre activities. Prior to BT, Elke worked as a Data Consultant at Towers Perrin, specializing in salary surveys for the IT and pharmaceutical sectors, and as a Data Analyst at Watson Wyatt, ensuring the accuracy of salary data across multiple European countries. Elke holds a Master's Degree in TEW from Economische Hogeschool Sint-Aloysius and completed secondary education in mathematics at Koninklijk Atheneum Koekelberg.
