Fiona Vines

Fiona Vines is an experienced inclusion and diversity leader currently serving as the Chief Inclusion, Equity & Diversity Officer at BT Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Fiona was the Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity and Workforce Transition at BHP from October 2016 to July 2023, where responsibilities included providing thought leadership to foster an inclusive environment and aligning diversity initiatives with employee frameworks, while also pursuing a Master of Social Anthropology at SOAS University of London. Previously, Fiona led the Flexibility, Diversity & Inclusion strategy at ANZ, managing initiatives across multiple countries and focusing on inclusive leadership and talent management. With a strong foundation in HR and business change roles at ANZ and Bankwest, Fiona holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University and a Master of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology.
