Grégory Gillet

Grégory Gillet is a passionate ESG advocate with a deep commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance matters. Currently a Senior Manager in Group Health, Safety, and Wellbeing at BT, they specialize in international stakeholder engagement and program implementation across multiple domains, including Occupational Health & Safety and Employee Wellbeing. Grégory's previous experience includes pivotal roles at T.D. Williamson and Eli Lilly, where they led health and safety initiatives, and as Chair of the "Social Dialogue & Communities" Committee at ETNO Association, where they guided significant negotiations with European social partners. They hold multiple degrees from Université libre de Bruxelles, including specialized master's degrees in Ergonomics and Occupational Health.
